產區：Niersteiner Bergkirche (Berg = 山麓，Kirche = 教堂。鄰近德國最老的葡萄園-Niersteiber Glöck。)
葡萄品種：Riesling
風土：東南方面向山麓，比鄰萊茵河，壤土土質。
釀造：溫和的榨汁，自然方式沉澱，控溫17℃下於不繡鋼槽中發酵，只過濾一次。
特性：典型的Riesling香氣結合熱帶水果如青蘋果、柑橘、鳳梨、哈密瓜的果香。甜度與酸度達到最佳的均衡。
食物搭配：任何場合皆適合飲用，特別適合搭配辣味食物、無國籍料理、辣味海鮮。
適飲溫度：8-10℃

Silvery pale, a nice ripeness, even a hint of exotic fruit above the floral-limey Riesling nose; good depth of fruit on the palate and seems weightier than its 10 degrees alcohol and certainly sweeter than I expected from a Kabinett.; floral, soft fruit finish with lifted acidity, a good wine, still a littleyoung and obvious, will show more complexity next year. - Steven Spurrier
