充滿魅力的紫羅蘭酒色,帶有紅黑系果實與特別的辛香味,纖細且複雜的香烤味豐富了整體性,入口濃郁的果香與清新的單寧,和諧而豐富的味道令人愉快。

適飲溫度:20℃
釀造方式:五月最後一周手工採收葡萄,去梗後輕壓使葡萄破皮,在不鏽鋼桶內進行3天冷發酵,加入酵母在恆溫28℃-30℃進行第二次發酵,存放在橡木桶10個月熟成,最終調配裝瓶:50%取自橡木桶,50%取自鋼桶。
